Organizational Project Management Maturity is the degree to which an organization practices correlation between an organization’s capabilities in Project Management, Program Management, and Portfolio Management, and its effectiveness in implementing strategy.
OPM3 is a maturity model describing the incremental Capabilities that aggregate to Best Practices, and which are prerequisite to effective organizational project management.
