OPM3 = Organizational Project Management Maturity Model
CMCS will answer to increase the market needs in the field of Organizational Maturity and Excellence Models.
OPM3 helps in the generation of an Improvement Plan, which builds on the results of ProductSuite Assessment and provides actual missing Best Practices and Capabilities, within a perquisite relationship that are essential for increasing the companies’ maturity.
OPM3 covers all three domains of Project, Program and Portfolio Management, within a matrix of Improvement Stages, namely Standardize, Measure, Control and Continuous Improvement. Another category is named Organization Enablers, which sets the foundation management discipline for all other domains to build upon.
